A.E. Waite doesn’t offer a lot in the description of the Ace of Wands: a hand coming out of the clouds grasping a club or wand, followed by the standard list of divinatory meanings.
"Start Creating!"
The Ace of Wands, particularly for me, speaks to the act of creation. It’s a long string of draws lately touching on my avoidance of the things I want to start doing and keep putting off for some reason, such as painting or other artwork.
Combined with other draws this week, the message seems to be “Stop procrastinating, and start creating!” I’m excited to start painting and drawing (as well as writing, the one creative aspect I have started doing again), but…family is coming and I desperately need to clean the house. So time to stop procrastinating, starting next week!
